The Junior Section at New Beckenham Cricket Club is thriving, but we need your help to keep it growing!
Following last year’s success, we’re once again running All Stars Cricket (ages 5-8) and Dynamos Cricket (ages 8-11) on Sunday mornings alongside regular junior training.
To meet the demand, we’re looking for volunteers to train as Activators and help deliver these fun, engaging sessions!
Why Become an Activator?
✅ Make a real impact – Help young players develop skills, confidence, and a love for cricket!
✅ No experience needed – You don’t need to be a cricketer or have coaching experience!
✅ Full training provided – An online module & a 3-hour in-person session.
✅ All kit & support supplied – The ECB & NBCC will provide everything you need.
Why It Matters
The Junior Section is the lifeblood of the Club, providing a fun and safe cricketing environment for ages 5-17 and a pathway to Senior cricket. Many of our most successful players started right here! By volunteering, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the Club’s future.
Get Involved Today!
We need volunteers now to meet demand, so if you’re interested, please get in touch today! This is a perfect opportunity to give back, support local cricket and have some fun along the way!
Activator training is taking place on 23rd April at Beckenham County Ground 6pm to 9pm for anyone who is interested.
