1st XI - 28th August 1926 - Win vs Barclays Bank. Barclays Bank 100 (T. R. Kirkpatrick 6-19 runs). Midland Bank 214 - we batted on (J. R. F. Williams 70, E. A. Krarup 56).

Good bowling and accurate fielding by the Bank team enabled them to dismiss their strong opponents for the small score of 100.

This total the Bank soon passed, finishing up with 214 runs on the score-board. J. R. F. Williams and E. A. Krarup both batted splendidly, and their partnership of over 80 runs was the best feature of the match.
